Engagement terms

Scope of remote delivery

All services are delivered remotely. Unless agreed in writing, no physical premises or on-site attendance is included in any engagement.

1. Service delivery

Deliverables, timescales and communication channels are confirmed in writing before work begins. Scheduling of remote sessions is agreed with the client and may be changed by mutual notice.

2. Client obligations

Clients provide accurate information, timely access to the systems and documents needed for the work, and nominate a contact who can make decisions on their behalf.

3. Billing

Fees, invoicing intervals and payment terms are stated in each engagement agreement. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved before it proceeds.

4. Digital access and data sharing

Where remote access to systems or data is required, both parties agree secure access methods and limit access to what the engagement needs. Each party remains responsible for its own systems.

5. Limitation of liability

Advice and support are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
